North Forest Hills is a subdivision located in Chapel Hill, NC, near the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, in a small neighborhood setting. Located just off of Piney Mountain Road, which is just off Martin Luther King (formerly known as Airport Road), North Forest Hills homes are on lots of usually at least a quarter acre. The yards are nice, the trees are tall, and there is a neighborhood park. many North Forest Hills homes were built in the 1980s, but some were constructed as recently as the 1990s. Most homes are traditional ranch homes or contemporary homes, so it's a popular neighbohood with some variation in floor plans and styles. The neighborhood is located in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro School System.
