Homes – and Chapel Hill, NC Urban Planning

Wondering how Chapel Hill, NC is changing and how that affects the home you own or the home you  are thinking about buying?    Checkout the July 29th  Friends of Downtown meeting at the Franklin Hotel, second floor of the Franklin Hotel on Franklin Street. The July 29th meeting features Dan Douglas, the Director of Urban Planning and Urban Design for Kling Stubbins – the consulting firm hired by the Town and Partnership to do a new downtown plan.

Coffee is ready at 9:30 am and Pat Evans, Chairwoman of the Friends of Downtown calls the meeting to order at 10 am. The meetings are always lively, relaxed, and informative. Parking is available in the lot behind the hotel. Meetings on the last Thursday of every month are free and open to the public. Invite colleagues and neighbors to come with you to learn the latest.
